a kind of concrete?

many years ago there was a product that was brilliant for doing repairs to surfaces that was called lamacrest.
it was a kind of sand to which was added two chemicals that reacted and when all were added together made a cement like mixture that handled very well and set like steel.
i have done a google to no avail and ask if anyone has knowledge of any similar pruduct.
