Is there a product out there which I can use to Treat my garage for a minor...going on to be a major infestation if left untreated, either a fumigation tablet or 'paint/spray on' variety but not too expensive. Cuprinol for example is circa £30 for 5 litres. Can you get a insecticide type smoke bomb to fumigate the affected area and zap the little B's out of existance?.
thanks in advance

There are woodworm killers available in solution available from builders merchants which can be sprayed on with a garden sprayer - just give the woood a thorough drenching and read the lable with regards to personal exposure to the chemical.
I used to make my own. It's a damn sight cheaper and you get a better specification.
You can fumigate -with due regard to safety with products like this: http://www.pestcontrolproductsonline.co.uk/products/woodworm_fumigation_power_fogger/
But this leaves no on-going protection. A spray-on solution is harder to get into difficult places but that will give enduring protection. For a garage I'd go with fumigation.
