Additional air vents for plastic facias

We purchased our house 12 months ago and have noticed condensation in the loft. We noticed that the facias/soffitts had all been changed to plastic, but had very few air vents compared to our neighbours original wooden fsoffitts. Where can I pirchase additional round vents from and how easy is it to add them. ( I don't know who did the original work otherwise I would call them out)

Any builders merchants will carry them. . They are called soffit vents. They are easy to fit, but make sure that there is actually an airway behind their locations.
They are readily available, and really cheap....
