My son has underfloor heating in two seperate rooms, both controlled by an Aube TH 132 thermostat. In one room the thermostat is not working. If I remove it and plug it into the base unit in the other room it works, I am thinking that there must be something wrong with the base unit that it plugs into. Does any one know if there is anything in this base unit that can fail, if I have to buy a new thermostat does it come complete with a base unit?

Do you mean that the stat is calling for heat but the floor isnt warming...Im assuming here we are talking about a dry system as opposed to a wet system.

No I mean that the thermostat screen has gone blank. when it is plugged in to the base unit in the other room it works. It is a dry system.
Agreed that if it works with one base unit but not the other, the fault is something to do with the base unit not supplying power to it.
Some info about which bits you can buy separately here.
