The strongest glue I`ve ever used is `Gorilla Glue`. Bonds: Metal, Stone, Wood, Ceramics, Foam, Glass, Concrete, anything. 100per cent Waterproof. Be sure to follow the instructions .

Sometimes I am asked to repair drawers which the bottom has fallen out of...sounds a bit like yours.
What I do is clean up the edges of the fibreboard/chipboard and get it to all clip back together.
Turn the drawer upside down and run a bead of silicone (about 6mm) all the way around the base...making sure it covers the sides as well...wet your finger and wipe it into the corners...put a little weight on it, a book or something to keep it in place, if it has bowed.
When it has dried turn it over and do the same with the inside.
