I wonder if anyone out there can help me. I run a B&B and as the season approaches I need to address the problem of guests opening windows in the house and then going out so that I return to find the wind has blown them wide open and my house is open to the elements (not to mention security issues).

I want to know where I can buy window opener prohibitors so that the windows only open so far. They would need to be easily removed in an emergency to meet insurance and fire regulations, but as I don't know the proper name for them, I haven't a clue where to start looking.

My windows are mainly casement uPVC.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you both for the input. I'll look into it (and see if I can round up a couple of men to give me a hand).

Thanks again.
