Does any one out there know the best way to clean up pebble dashing a power washer is too severe as it wiil blow all the pebble bitrs off. Is there a chemical available for the job or any other solutions would be gratefully received.

Use a power washer turned down. A fan spray, clean from different directions.
Otherwise you may wreck the mortar surface with chemicals.
