I am thinking of using this light reflecting paint in my hall, stairs and landing. Can anyone tell me if it looks like gloss paint when it is applied to the walls or is it more subtle? Thanks.

This is just clever marketing to sell product.
Most light rellecting would be white or mirror, and high gloss. Make up your own mind : )

Thanks for that. I am usually very sceptical of advertising but with some newer products you never know until you have tried it.
Agree with that.
The most 'light reflective colour' is silver-backed mirror which reflects virtually 100% of what is directed towards it. The least 'light reflective'colour is matt black which absorbs virtually all the light directed towards it. Between those two extremes is the complete range where generally light colours reflect more and shiny gloss reflects more than matt.
It's marketing hype. The product wouldn't be around in 6 months, is my bet.
However for subtle effects there are some pearlescent paints that reflect some light in a subtle way..difficult to get on the wall properly though... there is an especially nice ivory one... looks good with pale wood
