I have an immersion heater taking up a lot of space for my kitchen sink and bathroom. I was wondering if it's possible to have an electric undersink water heater in both the kitchen and bathroom. How good are they and what kind of price.

They're good, but how would you manage to fill the bath though EEza?

Yep, I thought they were constant hot water. Maybe I'll go for an undersink heater as it seems pointless leaving the immersion on all day just to wash pots and have a couple of baths a week.
Thx for the replies.
You sound like the ideal candidate for a Combi boiler!
If you needed a new HW cylinder, I would suggest it was changed to an Economy7 type, with two elements. The top one you can use normally. It is a lower rating and will heat just the top part. Also controllable with a timer for off-peak electricity if required. This is a cheaper rate ..although you daytime rate goes up a bit if you have that type of meter put in.
