If leylandii trees are cut right down to just above the soil, will they grow again? Am thinking of having a couple taken out but the tree people say to cut them down rather than remove everything which will be an awful job to do and cost more without a doubt. I just wondered if anyone had an experience of them growing up again once cut down?

Thank you in advance for any replies.
