Can anyone tell me what this bush.plant is I have in my

Garden. It has spindle thin type branches,. the leaves are shaped like tiny coffee bean with the vien going right upo the middle of it On each side branch there are a set of two leaves then a gap and three rows of two leaves and one at the top. It looks very much like an indoor plant that is sensitive when you touch it and closes together. But this one does not clo se. Any ideas Please.?

Spot on gen I have looked it up.! Or dear I thought it was a small bush how wrong I am.!! Not sure what to do with it now as I dont want it to turn into a tree.!
