Care of climbing Fucshia Lady Boothby

Bought one of these last year ,it grew to 6ft. and flowered profusely,now it has brown stems which are quite piable and what appear to be buds forming in previous leaf axils. I've mislaid the care label, so how and when,if at all do I prune it??
Any suggestions/advice please.

Your best bet is to google your question and you will probably find lots of advice on how to care for your fucshia. good luck...
