We have these all over the garden, and we eat them in salads, use them as chives etc., but I wonder if you can eat the bulbs as well, and would you eat them raw, or cook them, or what?

Sorry, I am answering my own question here - I have now discovered the whole plant is edible, and have a few recipes. Thanks anyway...-G-
