My nasturtiums are coming through...when can I start to feed?

I don't feed my nasturtiums at all, they do exceedingly well without any intervention from me!
In my opinion nasturtiums thrive on poor soil conditions. If you feed them you will get masses of leaves and few flowers.

I have seen nasturtiums growing in conditions that almost resemble a building site and they were covered in blooms.
Yep, agree with both of the above. They won't like it if you feed 'em.
Agree with previous posters. I thought if you fed nasturtiums, then the leaves thrive at the expense of the flowers, partially hiding them from view.
