There are many kinds of Ipomoea (Morning Glory). I think Sqad lives in Spain. There and in the Greek Islands, you will find the wild form with deep blue flowers, this can be extremely invasive, and hard to control, but in the UK it is not usually hardy and will be killed by frost. In the UK, I suggest Morning Glory 'Heavenly Blue', seeds are readily available, and can be started indoors in April. Don't put the plants outside until the end of May, or later if weather is cool, or the leaves will turn white.
The white Convolvulus is a very invasive weed in the UK, impossible to dig out, can only really be controlled by spraying the leaves with chemicals, sadly.
