Off the top of my head

Chrysanths
Carnations
Orchids (cymbidium)
Alstromeria
Tropicals tend to go the distance, strelitzia.

How long do they have to last?
Calla lilies
Celosia I think is quite long lasting
Protea

15 varieties in one vase is quite a lot, especially if you're putting green in as well.

Thank you for your suggestions. I will keep an eye out for these in my local garden centre. Similar sized flowers to a carnation would probably be best, otherwise the vase would be overwhelmed. I would need to pick them the day before the show and keep them in water before finally arranging them. Didn't realise that I could grow proteas, so will do some research on them.
Are you wanting to grow them all or buy them as cut flowers?
Molucella (Bells of Ireland)
Stocks
Larkspur
Antirrhinum
Helichrysum (straw flower)
Cosmos
Cornflower
Echinacea
Dahlia
Sunflowers
Carnations
Gerbera
Scabious

To name but a few !!!!!!
