is it possible to grow a cherry tree from the stone of a bought cherry if so how should i go about it

yes its possible but unlikely to yield good fruit and may need a anothet tree for cross pollination. The easiest way is to eat a load of cherries, bung all the seeds in a large pot covered with about two inches of earth then leave the pot out in the garden.
