Identifying Plant

Please can anyone help, There is a plant about 10 feet high growing against our fence, it has double yellow flowers and leaves similar to raspberry leaves, it has canes also like the raspberry and seems to spread by runners underground again like raspberries. It is full of blossom at the moment, I have looked in books and on web sites but with no success
