Mould? On Stored Clothing

I've been sorting out some stored clothing for when charity shops reopen. I found 2 pairs of black jeans that had been stored in a black bag. They have spots of what appears to be powdery mould or mildew on them. What's the best way to remove this?

Wash them on the hottest setting you can. See what happens.

I'm not sure I want to risk shrinking them, ummmm.
