What with all the big world issues this may have passed under the radar but the Employment rights bill is on the way. Essentially it makes any pub banter a possible offence. Basically anything the staff over hear could be an offence:

I have already said to my children dont stay in this country if you get the chance to move.  I fear for my grandchildren, the grand-daughters in particular.
