Hi, I planted 2 Jasmaine on the west side of my fence 18 months ago, they each should have flowered at different times of the year, but so far none have appeared, the plants look healthy and have reached to the top of our 6ft fence. Any help will be appreiated. Thanks in advance X X X :-)

Hi cat woman, If they look healthy, hopefully you will be rewarded with some lovely flowers later on.
In the mean-time, a mulch of garden compost or leaf mould now, followed by a balanced rose or other flowering shrub fertiliser in the spring. Good Luck Tbird+
