floral frogs

i bought some floral frogs thinking they were for holding candles (because of the shape) but understand they are to secure oasis. how is this done?

You need the green florist's blu tack to secure the frog to the dish/vase etc then you put the oasis on the prongs. Once you've done that you can stick a candle holder (Small cup on a spike) into the oasis and arrange flowers etc arround it.Hope this helps.

that's great, thanks a lot. Just what i wanted to know. i'm new to this game and trying to learn as much as i can. did you see my questions about holly and ivy? and how to store them and the best time to cut them? any extra info will be much appreciated.
