Weather forecast is looking bad and i am worried about my garden - fruit trees are all in bud, lots of stuff starting to come out, daffodils in full glory - far too much stuff to cover with fleece especially as i haven't got any - is my garden likely to be ruined or is there something i can do

Janet, your not alone I dont want none either it belongs in the mountains !
I dont think the daff's will stand up too well to a heavy fall of snow. As the old saying go's March should come in like a lion and out like a lamb. Or in with the tongue of an adder and out with the tail of a peacock.
hi there just to say if your fruit trees ar not in flower and when you say they are in bud you mean leaf bud then your fruit tree should be fine i agre with the other answer regarding daffs but if you could just drape a piece of fleece over fruit again it will protect blossom.
