Golden-groove Bamboo in wrong soil
4 Answers
Hello
I have bought 8 golden groove bamboo plants and they have been planted in my garden for about 2 months now. 3 of them seem to have gone a bit pale and dry. I thought they were for clay soil, but have just checked and they are actually for acid soil. I dont know anything about soil types, apart from mine is so heavy you could build houses with it. Is there anything I can do, I dont want to lose them because they cost a fortune.
Thanks in advance!

You might like to invest in a cheap and simple soil testing kit to see what kind of soil you have, most garden centres should stock them. Good Luck. Tbird+
Ps, I have rhododendrons, heathers and azalias all doing well on my clay.
