Vegetable Patch Labels

Does anyone know where I can buy large labels for my vegetable patch? Have been thinking more along the line of a long metal stake with a label on top where you can write the vegetable names, about a foot high?

Not sure if this is what you mean - the fact that the heads are angled would make them easy to read.

If you have some left over blades from a white plastic drop-down venetian blind, you could cut them down to size. I`ve been using them for years.
