Raised flower bed- how much should i pay?

We are tarting up our place before selling it, and in the front, is a patch of slightly raised scrubby and very messy land bordering next doors driveway(it is our land). There are lots of weeds, a few flowers and a couple of yukka palm things between 3ft - 5ft tall.

We want to get someone in to clear the land, level it, and build a brick raised flower bed about 12ft x 2ft and 1ft high.

How much do you think we should be looking at as a range for the quotes as we dont want to get ripped off hopelessly or someone offer too cheaply that will do a shoddy job?

If it helps we are in greater London, and it is a terrace house, decent area, but not really posh.

ive just built a raised bed using bricks i got for free on Gumtree,also got some topsoil cheap from my local council recycling plant
