i need to buy one for my allotment and don't
have a clue , the soil is not too bad , and will
have a load of manure on it in the autumn ..
but i'm thinking ahead ..all answers welcome ..
my plot is 14x11metres ..

I use 2 different ones on mine - I bought a small honda f210 (no gears) & found it was more of a tiller than a rotovator.
So I ended up buying a bigger one ( 5hp 4gears) honda f600.
On the bigger one you can buy a tiller attachment for the back but I already had the smaller one anyway.
My allotment is about 40m by 20m.
I would recommend the honda f400 / f500 size. Check 'em out on ebay.

Thanks for the info ..I only have a single plot but
hoping to get another one ...but I love it and the
advice ..and do you want some plants !! I'm hoping
to buy a used rotovater , but knowing my luck ..
it will be rubbish . Happy growing ....
