White Spots on plants

We have had heavy rain every day since I bedded out my plants a fair few weeks ago.
Now they all have white spots on them but the leaves arent disintegreting -do you reckon its the rainfall which has caused this as they are all healthy otherwise (just ugly !!)l

Probably came down with the rain as desert sand storms whip up sand way up into the atmosphere and gets blown all over the world and mixes with thermals and comes down on us. Try washing it off with a hose spray.
