Our Agapantus (african lilies) took an awful battering from the snow and frost . They look as if they are on their last legs. Will they make a recovery? Thanks.

mine always look pretty awful at this time of year and i always think they've been killed off over winter - but they always bounce back! i'm pretty sure they'll recover.
mine in tubs looked awful, the leaves on top were all mushy so I chopped them all off and now I see lots of green new ones coming through. I expect them to be ok and hope yours will recover too as these really are beautiful plants.
