Flower Arrangements Any Ideas
I wonder if anyone has any ideas for a modern flower arrangement. "A taste of the Orient" or "Darkness to Light." Its for our local flower show. For the taste of the Orient my husband suggested a Pot Noodle pot with a carrot in it, but I dont think thats quite what I,m looking for. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance to any artistic AB'ers

A taste of the orient could include a few exotic fruits and how about making plant sushi with rolled leaces to include ' rice stuffing' could be half open roses and the wrapping phormium or iris leaves...on a platter of fatsia leaf with the floral component being a simple arrangement of fiery orange chrysanthemu m (national flower of Japan) or ferns and light...

I think I would look at bright pink orchids in a shallow container!....... and maybe, try to find some oriental grasses to enhance them!......I would keep it very simple, but structural!........make it stand out in a very simple but structural way!.............good luck!.......(ps saw your comment on chatterbank!......not good to not get any comments!)
Why not cheat (by nicking a few ideas from others)?
