where i could buy a wooden two tier egg holder, the rather old fashioned type.
Have looked on internet, but you troll through endless companies, and only seen one site, where they do an approximation of what i was after.
seen loads of metal ones, but only wooden one, and not a cabinet, just the little free standing type you used to see around a while back
I think the wooden ones have almost disappeared as because wood is porous it is harder to keep properly clean you might see one if you go to a few car boot sales I've seen them in sales locally and they tend to be bought by people who collect decorative eggs rather than for real ones
ankou, indeed, i saw one like it, but some are made abroad, so shipping etc can be costly. I did google as well, and came up with lots of items didn't want.
Ankou, the one in the first line of the question, as said they have a couple on your links, i did see one before, but it wasn't quite what i was after. I did go through pages on google as well.
if i can find it will post a link, if that works be a miracle,
the one i'm looking for, and seen a couple courtesy of Ankou, so cheers,
is round, two tiers, holds about 10 eggs at most, it needs to be fairly small as lack of space, if you think of a small cake tier, but needs to be wood.
I did have a look earlier at the links provided, and will most definitely
go back and see.
have seen some that look like bottom of old roller coaster ride that eggs stack on and slide down - also seen one that rolls from top to bottom in a spiral - is that what you are looking for?
Ankous google link gives the one i am after, and can't seem to copy image, its third row down, going from left to right, a circular 2 tier wooden egg rack, and i have looked on shopadilly but it isn't featured. Thanks anyway
That's it, i did try the other site shopadilly, they had the one i was after, at least on the page that Ankou listed, but i scrolled through 500 odd items and it wasn't there. I don't fancy having one made, assumed would still find one, perhaps will look around in charity shops. Thank you anyway
Sorry just read the rest of your post properly and see you want a round one.I didn't understand whether you wanted a little cabinet or not.Just ignore my previous post.Hope you find what you want.
