I need one blind to cover the window in a PVC front door and another to do the same in a PVC back door. I'm not sure whether to go for roman or roller?!? Any advice pse??

I'd go for Venetian myself - with 1" narrow plastic slats. Available at discount corner hardware shops, and probably cheaper than blinds, too. To clean them, just dunk them in the bath and use a paintbrush to swab each slat, then hang them up to dry. That'd be my choice.

I'm really after something a bit more decorative. I've got a venetian in the bathroom but it isn't very attractive and its a real dust harbourer!
I'm about to add a blind to my door when I make up my mind on a colour. What I have learnt from a niece is to make sure the fittings don't rub against the wall and break. My door opens only as wide as the door itself. Anything further will crush the fitting....hence my choice will be a roman blind as it can fit on velcro attached to the door. Hope this helps
