Dripping Light Bulb

Please help. My light is dripping hot water from bulb andit is raining i turned everything off and took bulb out and its coming it seems from the fitting where the bulb goes in. But it doesnt seem to be coming from the ceiling as it isnt dripping down the wire an it was bone dry it doesnt make sense.
