I have used the plastic cladding in several locations bought from B&Q and Wickes. It is not possible to remove just the damaged panel and then fix another in its place because of the tongue and groove. You will have to remove the panels from one end of the room untill you reach the damaged one. The problem now arises as to how the panels were fixed. I always secretly screw mine to the battens and hence they are easily removed without damage. If they have been glued in position then it may not be possible to remove without damage.
