A Good Tile Shop In Romford/ilford Area

We are having our bathroom wall tiled, but have to buy our own tiles. I know there are chain stores like B & Q, Homebase, Topps tiles, etc. However, I do not know what is the difference between chain stores and smaller tile stores.

We tend to go for smaller stores, as we think we get better service. Can anybody recommend a store in the Romford/Ilford area we could use.
