Biro On Red Leather Suite

I am asking for a friend who doesnot have a computer. Grandchild has scribbled on leather with biro has anyone any ideas as to how to remove it?

I have heard hairspray can do the job.

I've never done it myself, so can't vouch first hand. I would try a test patch somewhere it won't be seen if it takes the colour out of the leather!

If you can get hold of isopropyl alcohol then that is your best option. Wet a soft cloth and wipe gently.

If you use hairspray it must have alcohol in it to remove the biro ink.
