Microwave Cleaning

I've tried all the usual methods several times (lemon, vinegar, bicarb) but none of them will shift the horrible yellowy splashes on the inside. Before I go and buy a pot of Astonish, can anyone else vouch for this?

Astonish will remove grease etc form most surfaces.

what caused the yellow splashes? if it was curry there is little chance of getting rid of them.

I thought the stains came with it. You mean one can remove them ?
