Dirty Marks On Kitchen Floor Coverings

We have a good quality floor covering in the kitchen which is impossible to clean.Have tried all the usual products but nothing removes the foot traffic marks or any spillage marks.
Can anyone help please.

Isopropyl Alcohol erebus. You can also buy it at Maplins as it is used to clean electronic equipment and at Boots. I have posted an Amazon link for it also.
