I have just bought a John Lewis Built In Double Oven JLBIDO915X.
Does anyone know the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for this?
John Lewis Customer Support is useless. If you fill in the on-line query form they automatically ask for an Order Number then tell you, as it is a In-store order, they cannot help. If you ask the store they either don't know or won't say.
The user paperwork is rubbish and I would prefer to find the OEM and use them for technical/spares/extra items support outside Warranty.
It's not Electrolux.
Thanks in advance to helpful responders.

This seems to suggest that most of their appliances are Electrolux with some Fisher and Paykel (who?) and a small number Smeg http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/help/about-the-appliance-industry/manufacturer-information/3204-john-lewis-appliances

Tilly2. Does it matter? BA in error.
Prudie. Thanks for the steer. Electrolux say they do not make it. Fisher... seem fridge freezer orintated but Smeg might be worth a go.
Just a thought...have you found the serial number label on the oven? It should be on a little panel about 50mm x 10mm, usually stuck on the edge of the door or door frame (only visible when you've got the door open). Try putting it into google and see what comes up.
See this photo which clearly shows the Electrolux logo in the bottom left of the label:
