Emergency / Motion Lighting

Emergency / Motion Lighting -->
Hi, We woul like some exterior lighting that works in two or three ways:
1. On when turned on manually
2. On when the power goes out
3. On when motion is detected (optional)

Is this a product? Is it custom wiring of emergency and/or motion-detection products?
