My bermuda heating don't want to boil water

I got a Bermuda GF Super / LFE super heating system, it works as a fireplace but it doesn't work for boiling water... eventhough the small blue flame is lighted up.

I got a small box n the side with a wheel (hours) and 2 buttons... any combination of them doesn't do nothing at all. My fuses are alright. I did stop all (the small flame) and restart all the system... no result except the small flame which is back.

Everything worked until Sunday. Have you any idea of what it could be ? Thank you very much.
