How can I hang foile curtains on P V C windows? I have tried the stick-on rods but they just fall off after a few hours.

Thankyou for correcting me, I usually check for typing errors but I missed that. Twice !
You can buy curtain rods that expand with a spring inside they are great for net and voile curtains, you should be able to get them from a good curtain shop
I tried the rod on my windows and they didnt last long! Try net wire - I have and it works really well/ You only need to put a hook in for them rather than mounting brackets etc
Depending on the width you can use a spring loaded net rod. Or if you use stick on hooks make sure the surface is clean then stick the hooks on and leave overnight. Also use intermediate hooks about every 60cm for extra support.
You can screw to upvc so you could use the hooks that come with a standard net rod. It may be worth checking with your window supplier if still under garantee.
