Plumbing advice please
When I flush the toilet water comes out from the back..Hard to explain but here goes, its where the porcelain bend of the toilet finishes. If any plumber understand's what I mean could you tell me is it fixable and would it be expensive, The bad news is the pipe work 'disappears' behind a tiled fixture. Bathroom needs modernising but cannot afford to do it just yet.

Problem is you need to remove the whole toilet to do this and it is this that costs for the labour.
Thanks for a speedy answer. I can get a plumber at a discount price through Age Concern but it will still be nearly 50 p.h but no call out charge.Situation is I am about to move so could keep to the downstairs toilet but would feel very guilty if I never got it repaired. Maybe my buyer is a plumber ,let's hope so.
Thanks Gasman.
