Shabby chic label/brand name on coal scuttles/buckets ?

I have four red coloured paint distressed 'shabby chic' buckets - a coal bucket/fire bucket etc. The label on the brass base is made up of 4 letters around a circle with a c in the middle (just like the 'copyright' sign). At 12 o clock there is a P, with a U, E and B at the 3, 6 and 9 o clock positions. I have to sell the items on ebay for someone and believe they would have cost quite a lot but they won't sell for much without knowing where they came from. I would expect them to be a contemporary brand/make poss from London. Cheers
