Furniture has left dents in carpet. How does one get the pile to fluff up again? Thanks.

Yes just set one on each dent and leave them to melt

Try using an old toothbrush to brush up the pile while it's still damp.

I used to be in the carpet trade and I found using a very damp cloth over the dent then using an iron press it onto the cloth then lift the cloth whilst carpet is steaming brush it with a stiff brush and you will find it comes up like new.

I'll try this. Ice cubes did work though altho perhaps notperfectly.
