Water running cold . . .

i bought a Home of Ultra Reef Thermostatic Bath Shower Mixer in November and it was fine at first, the water went cold occasionally but it has become more and more frequent and sometimes it doesn't heat the water up unless i run another hot tap first . . is it a fault of the mixer tap or my heating system?

You are still under guarantee so call them out.I had this problem and a new part which controlled the temperature was fitted.

Sorry should have mentioned that the fault was in the combination boiler and not the mixer,I think that this is more likely your problem also.

Sounds like a boiler flow sensor problem.
