How can I get a massive water mark off my antique side table. My son put his fish tank on it and it leaked and left a horrendous large water mark. please help.

If its a valuable antique then get specialist advice. If you don't mind trying something then get a brazil nut, break it in half and rub the nut surface over the mark. be patient, this takes time to work.

Thanks woofgang - have tried hair dryer and it works - but I will also try the iron method the water mark was about 15" dia. A lot of it has gone now, just a little that seems to be awkward! Many thanks.
