Hi all

I am looking to get some work done by a locksmith. This site belongs to one of the longest established locksmiths in Edinburgh.
Given the significant change in quality of spelling, grammar and punctuation between the home page and just about every other page would you consider this company?

I would certainly consider them for locksmithery (!) but not for designing a web site :)
It says that it is a family run company - the adults work in the shop and the kids created the website.

"Here at Duncan McLaren" seems to be a favoured phrase.

Alas compared to some websites for businesses it is actually quite a good one. ;-(
is it a secure website though?
Don't think I would use them scotman, seems a bit strange! Maybe that a lot of the work is contracted out to other not so well established firms, whatever's going on, something isn't right there!......I'd look elsewhere!........
Just one thing, Scotters ......... where locksmiths specialise, they're usually excellent. .......... but, a lot of the work could be easily carried out by a decent carpenter.
It wouldn't put me off.

I order sports supplies from a firm whose website & blog feature the most tortuous mangling of the English language, but their service is second to none.

If they got their facts wrong, though...
looking on the grander scale of things, thinking of a nationwide locksmith what are people's thoughts on http://www.fastkeys.co.uk/ ?
