Haven't touched any of the controls yet it seems as though the cold water isn't getting through. Any ideas?

Sandy, is it electric with a cold feed only, or a pump-assisted one with H&C gravity feeds?

Sorry about the delay in answering.

It's a Triton A52000X. Two pipes run down the wall into the top of it. I'd guess it's gravity fed.

First thought is a simple airlock in the cold feed (assuming the pump is working ok). I would be inclined to get inside, disconnect the cold feed and see if it flows freely ........... if not, blow up it until it splutters and starts to flow properly.
