Cost of Exterior Painting

Any idea how much it would cost to paint the front of a standard 3 Bed semi ?

No woodwork involved, just a fascia and about 40sq yds of rendered wall surface. It would need a few minor cracks being filled and two coats of an exterior weatherproof finish.

the best thing would be to get three quotes, and ask for the details they are quoting for, eg how many coats of paint, filling cracks etc. It probably would be a good idea to leave it until the spring if the weather is going to change. Hope this helps

Yes, cat, I will get a few quotes but wondered if any professionals out there could give me a ballpark figure to work on, given the information supplied above.
